HudsonLake Appoints Quinton Crenshaw as President, Elevates Executive Leadership Team as MikeWorldWide Integration Accelerates

Names Kim Cerda and Sue Garman to HudsonLake’s Executive Leadership Team; Appoints Jared Engeset Head of Labor Communications

NEW YORK, WASHINGTON, D.C. & DALLAS — September 22, 2026HudsonLake, a MikeWorldWide (MWW) company, today announced key executive leadership promotions designed to accelerate its growth, expand its global capabilities and deepen its integrated service offerings.

Quinton Crenshaw has been elevated to President of HudsonLake, assuming full executive oversight and strategic direction of the firm from its Dallas Hub. Joining Crenshaw on HudsonLake’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) are Kim Cerda, elevated to Executive Vice President, Organizational Change & Transformation Practice Lead, and Sue Garman, named Executive Vice President, Workforce Engagement & Advocacy Practice Lead. Additionally, Jared Engeset has been appointed Senior Vice President, Head of Labor Communications, scaling the firm’s specialized labor capabilities across the broader MWW global network.

The leadership appointments reflect the next phase of operational alignment following MWW’s acquisition of HudsonLake in May 2026, uniting HudsonLake's 25-year legacy in organizational transformation, labor communications and workforce engagement with MWW's global public relations and corporate reputation footprint. The expanded leadership structure also strengthens HudsonLake and MWW’s growing presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, where the firm has counseled major regional and global enterprise clients including Toyota, 7-Eleven, American Airlines and Halperin Park.

"When we partnered with HudsonLake, we set out to build an agency model designed for where reputation is going—one built from the inside out," said Michael Kempner, Founder and CEO of MikeWorldWide. "Quinton’s strategic clarity and executive leadership over the last decade have been vital to HudsonLake's success. As President, he is uniquely equipped to lead the firm into its next chapter alongside Kim, Sue and Jared, whose collective expertise positions our combined network to deliver unmatched value to clients navigating complex organizational dynamics.”

Crenshaw, who is based in Dallas and previously served as Executive Vice President, brings a decade of leadership at HudsonLake and extensive expertise advising Fortune 500 executives across North Texas and nationwide on complex corporate communications, internal change and brand transformation.

"Stepping into the role of President at such a pivotal moment in HudsonLake’s history is an incredible honor," said Quinton Crenshaw, President of HudsonLake. "Over the past 25 years, our team has built deep, trusted partnerships with clients facing their most critical organizational challenges. By combining our specialized workforce expertise with MWW’s scale and multi-channel reach, we are unlocking extraordinary new opportunities for our clients, our culture and our people."

In their new ELT roles reporting to Crenshaw, Cerda and Garman will drive HudsonLake's core advisory practices firm-wide through its high-touch model—prioritizing client excellence, leading high-impact engagements, fostering upstream integration across MWW, and accelerating new business opportunities.

Engeset, who has spent over a decade building HudsonLake’s premier labor communications offering, will now lead the combined practice across both firms, partnering closely with MWW’s leading Corporate Reputation practice.

"Workforce dynamics and labor communications have become central to overall corporate reputation," said Jared Engeset, SVP, Head of Labor Communications. "I am thrilled to take on this expanded role as we bring our specialized labor capabilities to a broader global stage, providing clients with the deep insights and strategic support required in today's evolving business landscape."

Today's announcements mark a seamless evolution in HudsonLake’s organizational structure, ensuring complete continuity across account leadership while expanding client access to full-service public relations, digital innovation, AI-driven insights and comprehensive corporate reputation solutions.
